LAHAM, DEVLIN UNVEIL NAME FOR 13TH & GREENWICH DEVELOPMENT

(WICHITA, KS) - Laham Development and Devlin Enterprises have announced the name of their new office and retail development located on the northwest corner of 13th Street and Greenwich Road. The name Berkeley Square was chosen for the master-planned development, unveiled last spring as a joint venture of the two companies. The 95 acre development will include a 250,000 square foot Class A office park, 130,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, along with a hotel site. Berkeley Square is bordered by Greenwich Road on the east, and extends west to the Residences at the Waterfront. The announcement was made by Tom Devlin and George Laham.

"The Berkeley Square name reflects the traditional, English architectural theme of the development, which will include tumbled brick exteriors and copper roofing accents," said Stan Shelden of Shelden Architecture, project architect. The development will include landscaped commons areas reminiscent of English manor grounds, in keeping with the buildings' architectural designs. Brick-paved entries designated by stately monument signs will mark the entrances to Berkeley Square Parkway. The tree-lined parkway will integrate thematic lighting and promenade walkways, providing access from 13th Street.

Devlin and Laham will commission an artist to create signature sculpture pieces for Berkeley Square. The sculptures will be featured as the centerpiece of the main commons area to enhance the park-like setting. The sculpture will provide a visually unique experience within the development.

CORNERBANK TO CONSTRUCT NEW BUILDING AT BERKELEY SQUARE

Laham Development and Devlin Enterprises announced that CornerBank has purchased a site at Berkeley Square. The Berkeley Square location will be CornerBank's first full-service bank in Wichita. The announcement was made by Bruce Schwyhart, President and Chief Executive Officer of CornerBank and Cathy Erickson, Vice-President of Laham Development.

CornerBank, N.A. is a $260 million full-service bank based in Winfield, Kansas, serving South Central and Northeast Kansas with locations in Arkansas City, Douglass, Lawrence, Oxford, Wellington and in Wichita at 12828 E. 13th Street. Groundbreaking for the new CornerBank building will take place later this year.

"We are excited to expand our current operations in the city of Wichita, and believe that being located in Berkeley Square will allow us to serve our existing customers as well as being part of the new construction taking place," said Bruce Schwyhart. CornerBank's plans include an art gallery, which will be similar to the existing gallery housed in their Lawrence, Kansas branch. "Our plans are to work closely with local partners in the arts to display and promote local artists' works." said Schwyhart.

CornerBank will join the new corporate headquarters for Hartman Oil Company, the first building, now under construction, at Berkeley Square. The classic manor style of Hartman Oil's 44,000 square foot office building exemplifies the entire development. Completion of the Harman Oil building is scheduled for early summer 2008.

CornerBank, N.A. is an equal housing lender and member FDIC. For more information visit www.cornerbanks.com.

Project architect for Berkeley Square is Shelden Architecture. J.P. Weigand & Sons is the exclusive broker for Berkeley Square.
