(WICHITA, KS) – Laham Development has announced another great national retailer will be joining Bradley Fair. Apricot Lane Boutique, a locally owned women’s specialty retailer offering branded and non-branded fashion apparel, jewelry, handbags, accessories and gift items will open in Bradley Fair between Nouveau and YaYa’s Eurobistro in early spring of 2013.

This announcement follows the recent openings of The Fresh Market and Soma Intimates, as well as the announcement of Versona Accessories. The move of Howard’s Optique to the space between Sephora and Jason’s Deli was also completed recently.

Apricot Lane is a specialty boutique franchise that was introduced in 2007 featuring celebrity inspired looks and west coast styles. Since then, it has grown into a trend-setting retail store targeting both mothers and daughters teens through fifties, located in 28 states built on the concept of very limited amounts of each item found in store-creating a sense of urgency to the buyer- if they see something they love-buy it because it won’t be there when they come back. With no back room of inventory it ensures a more individual purchase for each customer and allows the boutique to have shipments arriving daily to always feature something new. Found on Facebook under Apricot Lane Wichita and online directly at www.facebook.com/ApricotLaneWichita, people are encouraged to ‘Like’ Apricot Lane Wichita to be the first to see new arrivals and learn about special promos, sales and announcements-or to see the newest celebrity seen wearing an item from Apricot Lane.

At Apricot Lane, the latest styles in handbags, scarves, belts, shoes, phone accessories, hats and so much more completes every individuals’ wardrobe with that chic touch yet at an affordable price. Apricot Lane will carry a great selection of premium denim brands along with non-branded fashion forward apparel as well.

Seen featured in numerous National press outlets, Apricot Lane is much more than just a women’s clothing and accessory boutique. They are proud to offer a unique combination of fashions and gifts, such as bath, body and spa, home and wall décor. They’ve joined these two huge industries to create a unique shopping experience for the customer and really pride themselves on the in-store attention and one on one attention given to their clientele; offering in-store fashion parties, hosting charity events and so much more.

A project of Laham Development, Bradley Fair lifestyle center opened in November 1990 and is celebrating its twenty-second anniversary. The center features over 50 stores and restaurants, including specialty boutiques and prominent national retailers. The focal point of the center is a scenic open-air Plaza that features a year-round fountain, an island waterfall, and a lake. Bradley Fair hosts a number of community events on the Plaza, including outdoor summer concerts, opera performances, a holiday tree lighting ceremony and holiday carriage rides. Bradley Fair celebrated its 13th year of providing free summer concerts to the community in 2012. Autumn & Art at Bradley Fair, a fine arts fair featuring more than 70 local, regional and national artists, is held each year in September.

Christi Royse of J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. handled the transaction for Bradley Fair. For more information, visit bradleyfair.com. and lahamdevelopment.com.
