BRADLEY FAIR ANNOUNCES ANOTHER NATIONAL TENANT

(WICHITA, KS) – In keeping with their trend of bringing new retail concepts to Wichita, Laham Development has announced that Soma Intimates, a lingerie and sleepwear specialty retailer, will open in Bradley Fair later this year. The announcement was made by Cathy Erickson, Vice President of Laham Development.
Soma Intimates, a division of Chico’s FAS Inc., creates each and every garment with the “Soma Kiss� and the “Soma Touch� – thoughtful design details, a supremely soft feel and a superior fit that’s stylish, comfortable and gorgeous. Soma offers warm, personal service through highly-trained associates that are available to provide individual fittings and recommendations on what works best for every body type.
Soma Intimates opened their first boutique in 2004 and now operates over 190 boutiques nationwide. Chico’s FAS Inc. also operates White House Black Market and Chico’s brands, which have been at Bradley Fair for almost 7 years.
The 2,500 sq. ft. store will be located between Brick’s and Trio’s. When Soma opens in October, Bradley Fair will have 51 stores and restaurants.
Bradley Fair recently announced that The Fresh Market, a specialty retail grocer, will be opening on June 20, 2012. The store will be located between Bed Bath & Beyond and Pier 1 Imports.
A project of Laham Development, Bradley Fair lifestyle center opened in November 1990. The center features over 50 stores and restaurants, including specialty boutiques and prominent national retailers. The focal point of the center is a scenic open-air Plaza that features a year-round fountain, an island waterfall, and a lake. Bradley Fair hosts a number of community events on the Plaza, including outdoor summer concerts, opera performances and holiday carriage rides. Bradley Fair will celebrate its 13th year of providing free summer concerts to the community in 2012. Autumn & Art at Bradley Fair, a fine arts fair featuring more than 90 local, regional and national artists, is held each year in September.
