BRADLEY FAIR ANNOUNCES NEW STORE TO WICHITA

(WICHITA, KS) – Laham Development has announced that Versona Accessories, a women’s specialty retailer of fashion jewelry and accessories, will open in Bradley Fair next to The Fresh Market. The 7,500 sq. ft. store will open in early spring of 2013 and employ approximately 25 store associates.
Versona customers will enjoy an upscale shopping environment in an easy-to-shop format with merchandise organized by color and trends. Versona promises to be a unique destination where women of all ages can find everything needed to complete any outfit, no matter what the occasion – including jewelry, handbags, belts, scarves, hair accessories, sunglasses, footwear and more. Versona, a brand of The CATO Corporation, currently operates 22 stores.
The Fresh Market, which opened at Bradley Fair in June, provides a unique grocery shopping experience with stores that are designed to evoke old-world charm with a warm and inviting atmosphere, classical music, soft lighting, delightful aromas and superior customer service.
A project of Laham Development, Bradley Fair lifestyle center opened in November 1990 and is celebrating its twenty-second anniversary. The center features over 50 stores and restaurants, including specialty boutiques and prominent national retailers. The focal point of the center is a scenic open-air Plaza that features a year-round fountain, an island waterfall, and a lake. Bradley Fair hosts a number of community events on the Plaza, including outdoor summer concerts, opera performances, a holiday tree lighting ceremony and holiday carriage rides. Bradley Fair celebrated its 13th year of providing free summer concerts to the community in 2012. Autumn & Art at Bradley Fair, a fine arts fair featuring more than 70 local, regional and national artists, is held each year in September.
